Shipping & Returns

Shipping from our warehouse within the City of Vancouver is $14.95 and throughout the remainder of the Lower Mainland (including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Delta, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam / Coquitlam and Port Moody) is standard shipping of $24.95 with the exception of oversized items an additional charge of $25.00 will apply. 

Shipping costs outside the Lower Mainland will be charged based on our courier charges.

Shipping costs are based on size and weight of each shipment, delivery address, and time requirements that meet the needs of our customers. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If you wish to use your own courier, please enter the name in the delivery instructions. Goods in stock will ship the next day, goods back-ordered will ship when received.

Returns:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL except for Stocked Boxes in original condition within 30 days with a receipt.

Disclaimer:

Orders should be shipped from our warehouse on business days, Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM excluding holidays. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will ship next day. The customer will be contacted prior to shipping if additional charges are required; when larger quantities of oversized items are requested; when shipments are delivered outside the lower mainland, and when same-day rush orders are required.
